This Subscription & Cancellation Policy explains how our subscription billing works, how to cancel your subscription, and our refund policy.

1. Subscription Plans

AfterDark offers subscription-based access to premium features and content. When you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to recurring billing based on the plan you selected (monthly or annual).

  • Monthly Plan: Billed every month on the same day you subscribed
  • Annual Plan: Billed once per year on the anniversary of your subscription date

2. Billing Cycle

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription price.

Example: If you subscribe on January 15th to a monthly plan, you will be billed on the 15th of every month thereafter until you cancel.

3. How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Here's how:

Option 1: Cancel Through Your Account

  1. Go to your Subscription page in the app or website
  2. Click the "Cancel Subscription" button
  3. Confirm your cancellation

Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which you will not be charged again.

4. What Happens After Cancellation

When you cancel your subscription:

  • You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
  • Your account will automatically revert to the free tier at the end of your billing period
  • You can re-subscribe at any time to regain access to premium features

5. Refund Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable.

When you purchase a subscription, you are charged for the full billing period (monthly or annual). If you cancel your subscription, you will not receive a refund for the current billing period, but you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of that period.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for:

  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Technical issues preventing access to the service
  • Unauthorized charges (please contact us immediately if you believe your payment information has been compromised)

All subscription payments are processed securely through CCBill, our trusted payment processor. You may see "CCBill" or "CCBill.com" on your credit card or bank statement.

7. Changes to This Policy
